I've spent more than 25 years leading businesses through the messiest, most consequential moments of growth - turnarounds, first federal contracts, technology transitions, leadership rebuilds, and scaling from scrappy to sustainable.

My career has moved between the worlds of government contracting, executive operations, and applied technology. As a COO, I've built the systems that keep organizations from breaking under their own growth. As an AI strategist, I help leaders separate what actually works from what only sounds impressive.

I'm a graduate of the MIT Sloan program in AI Strategy & Leadership, and I hold a range of certifications across operations, proposal strategy, and federal contracting. But my real education came from doing the work - in boardrooms, in bids, in late-night operational fires, and in every hard conversation that leadership actually requires.

I believe great businesses are built through systems, leadership, innovation, and continuous learning - in that order. And I believe the leaders who commit to those fundamentals build companies that outlast trends, tools, and hype.

Alongside my consulting practice, I create educational content for government contractors, host the Level Up Stronger podcast, publish on YouTube, and build the tools and communities I wish existed when I was starting out.
